Customer Service Representative - Full Time Sales Position

CPE Systems Inc. is a well established company in Burnaby, BC. We sell pumps, tanks, fittings, etc... to craft breweries and companies in the food and beverage industry all over the world.

We have an immediate opening for a sales associate - no cold calling, no travel 

Responsibilities will encompass the following:

• Provide information and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up customer calls where necessary.
• Responsible for assisting customers in completing orders on line and over the phone and persuading customer to submit their orders.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service.
• Working and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in the sales operations
• Checking pricing and stock level with suppliers 
• Assisting in promotional strategies and product development
• Understanding and clarifying clients' needs while developing the solution
• Provide customers with product and service information and effectively communicate all offerings the client
• Provide assistance in resolving customer problems
• Promptly and accurately process customer inquiries and/or orders 

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong phone presence and experience dealing with high volume of calls per day. 
• Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people and ability to deal with challenging situations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and Quickbooks
• Strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to work well under pressure.
• A fondness for and knowledge of craft beer would be an asset but not required
• Min. 2 years experience in sales
