ContiTech sanitary hoses are suitable for wine, beer, alcoholic beverages, fruit juices, and food processing. They have a perfectly smooth, plasticizer-free lining that leaves no odour or taste behind. Additionally, they are resistant to CIP cleaning and other harsh cleaning processes commonly used in the beverage industry.

BREWERS - SANITARY HOSE

ContiTech's beer transfer hose is lighter and more flexible than the previous model, while still maintaining its durability.  This hose is designed primarily for liquid transfer and is ideal for non-oily product transfer due to the smooth white EPDM tube that prevents material and bacteria buildup.

FDA/USDA approved for use in all types of beverage and food processing plants.

DISTILLERS - SANITARY HOSE

ContiTech's distillers hose can transport high-proof alcohol, chemicals, and high viscous substances, as well as powdery materials.  The interior lining of this transfer hose, UHMWPE, makes it ideal for distilleries and herbal extractions because it is chemical and abrasion resistant, as well as being easy to clean. UHMWPE is also static dissipating, making it suitable for use in explosive environments.

FDA/USDA approved for use in all types of beverage and food processing plants.

VINTNERS - SANITARY HOSE

ContiTech's Vintners hose is the industry's first crushproof hose.  These food grade hoses have a special polyester monofilament helix that will not corrode or rust. This hose will not impart any taste to your product, and will not transfer odour. It can handle NON-OILY edible products and fluids via gravity flow, pressure, or suction (27"/hg).

Tube: Ultra-smooth, white chlorobutyl. 

Cover: Wrapped, smooth, grey EPDM with a purple spiral stripe. 

Reinforcement: Spiral plied synthetic fabric with a polyester monofilament helix.

Temperature Range: -32°C (-25°F) to +105°C (220°F) 

VINTNERS EPDM RESERVE - SANITARY HOSE

ContiTech's Vintner EPDM Reserve hose is a crushproof hose that shares many of the same characteristics as the Chlorobutyl Vintner Hose.  The key difference between the two hoses is that the Vintner EPDM Hose is designed to withstand a greater number of chemicals and substances (including ozone).  This allows an increased range of cleaning options as well as improved coupling retention when exposed to high temperatures.
