STAINLESS STEEL TWO SECTION HEAT EXCHANGER
This stainless steel 2-section heat exchanger is designed for cooling wort from 200 F to 70 F using city water and glycol. This two section design is for breweries where the city water is not cool enough to bring the wort down to the desired temperature. We have added a second section to cool the wort using chilled glycol. This heat exchanger is designed so that the discharged water is hot enough to put into your HLT for your next brew. They are designed to cool a batch in approximately 30 minutes.
