The QTS Twin Screw Pump is an innovative dual-purpose positive displacement rotary pump designed for heavy-duty product transfer while retaining CIP capabiltities. Its advanced technology allows for gentle handling of high-viscosity, abrasive, and up to 60% trapped air products. This versatile pump can also operate at 1800 rpm when fitted with a mechanical seal, allowing it to be used for CIP applications. With various pump models, seal types and materials, screw sizes, motors up to 50 HP, and additional upgrades, the QTS portable pump assembly can be personalized to suit any heavy-duty PD pumping needs. The QTS portable assembly features a twin screw pump head, a washdown stainless steel motor, and a NEMA 4X VFD mounted on a stainless steel cart.
