The 6000M & 6000BM Series Hot or Cold Water Hose Station by SuperKlean is designed to provide individual hot or cold water outlets for washdown, sanitation, and other applications in industrial and sanitary facilities. The single valve water station is robustly built to be durable and withstand the tough environments of a processing facility. To ensure easy installation and maintenance this unit uses two connection nuts.
This water station has two valve options, ball valve and globe valve. The globe valve model (6000M) allows for more precise control and can allow for gentler adjustments, ideal for applications where precision is needed. The ball valve model (6000BM) has less precision, but has a quarter turn operation that allows for faster control, this especially useful for applications where a fast shut-off is needed. Both models are available in brass and stainless steel. Our stations come with a mounting plate for easy behind-the-unit cleanup, a hose rack for easy user access to the hose, and an optional temperature gauge. Pair the single valve water station with washdown hose and a spray nozzle for the ultimate washdown setup.
