The F427 is FLUX's sealless sanitary drum pump designed to efficiently and hygienically transfer fluids from totes, tanks, IBCs, drums, barrels, containers, and more. The F427 S FOOD sanitary drum pump is FDA approved and meets the stringent requirements of the food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries. The F427 is suitable for a wide range of lower viscosity products (up to 1000 cPs) such as wine, sauce, cosmetic products, edible oils, and beer. It is designed to be easy to completely disassemble and fully sanitize. The F427 S FOOD has no seal in the liquid zone and is designed to have minimal dead zones and reduced contamination risk. Due to the streamlined sealless design the F427 delivers pulsation-free pumping and can operate against closed-valves. This sanitary drum pump provides a reliable and hygienic solution for your fluid transfer needs. The F427 has three recommended motors and is available in four immersion lengths allowing you to choose the best fit for your operation. Other motors, immersion lengths, and materials are available by special order.
