The FLOMEC G2 Series with a 4-20mA Output Module is a high-accuracy turbine flow meter made by GPI. This G2 Meter features the new Q9 LCD, high-visibility display and an 4-20mA Output Module that produces an analog signal to connect with instrumentation, such as display equipment and process control equipment. The 4-20mA output module creates an analog signal, it sends a low voltage signal (usually 24 VDC) but the amount of electricity (measured in milliamps mA) changes as the flow rate in the meter changes. At no flow the signal is 4ma and at the maximum flow for the meter (380LPM on the 1 1/2" TC meter) the signal is 20 mA. This is tells you how much liquid is flowing any given moment. Known for its durability and ability to handle high-pressure and high-temperature applications, the G2 meter is a highly accurate reliable option for food, beverage, and chemical applications.
